# Brawnly

> Brawnly is a gym workout tracker and weekly planner for iPhone, made by indie developer Dennis Donner (Potsdam, Germany). Available in English and German on the App Store.

## What the app does

- Weekly training plan: assign routines to training days; an optional AI-generated plan based on your goals and available days.
- Workout logging: log sets, reps and weights during a session; a rest timer between sets.
- Exercise catalogue with exercise details and equipment filters.
- Progress: training history, charts and personal records.
- Optional Apple Health (HealthKit): reads height, body weight, workouts and heart rate; writes height and body weight. Workouts and heart rate are only displayed in the app and are not stored or uploaded. Imported height and weight become part of your profile and, if you are signed in, are synchronised with your account.
- Works without an account on the device. With an account (Sign in with Apple or email), training and profile data are synchronised with Supabase servers in the EU (Frankfurt).
- The app uses Amplitude, Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Performance) and RevenueCat; details are in the privacy policy.

Brawnly is a training log, not a medical product. Screenshots on the website show example data.
